Great spacious family rooms (which is quite hard to find sometimes) - centrally located so easy to explore champagne houses and find a dinner venue. secure underground car parking (locked at night - unless you have a ticket) on the opposite site of the square so very easy to unload. This car park is called freshmille I think and it’s 9.80 euro for 24 hours if you pay upon arrival. It also has electric charging points which were easy to use. Hotel may want to promote this more as it makes staying centrally with a car easy. We stayed here for one night on route to south of France and again on our return back to the UK.

Breakfast was very diverse, tasty and for me being a vegan, very nutritious. Nut mix for cereal was awesome, even had goji berries in it :)) Your secure bicycle locker room is the best we've had as members of Ibis.

We have stayed in this hotel numerous times.The hotel is in the centre of Epernay , the municipal underground car parking is ample and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and speak English. Breakfast was ample and good. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean.

Excellent location. It was convenient to the places we wanted to be. Walkable, clean, safe. The front desk staff, Bea specifically, was incredibly lovely. My French is A2 and she let me go on fumbling and being understanding until we both realized we could talk to each other in English. She was so helpful - beyond helpful - when it came to recommendations, helping us grab a bottle of champagne at the hotel bar, and even a future trip to Portugal!

The price is exceptional for a great location, decent rooms and good service. Bonus points that it is very dog-friendly.

great central location with secure parking nearby. Room was spacious enough (3 of us in the room). Withing easy walkinn distance from shops, cafes and eating places.

Rooms were standard hotel. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was great for exploring and experiencing Epernay like a local. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were very helpful when a member of our party was unwell and helped us source medical services.

Staff were super helpful and accommodating. We wanted to watch the women’s World Cup final and they kindly put this on for us in the main bar and recommended a nice bottle of fizz to drink whilst we watched the match
